Error #2046 in Browser

Error #2046 appears when I open a page that contains flash component. I try to reinstall the Adobe Flash but the problem still occur. I need the flash to access my HP SAN storage Eva 6000 using browser. The temporary way to solve the problem is by changing the date of my computer to 5 May . Yes it is work now, while waiting for final solution. No problem for me to adjust the date, it is easy.
