If you don't want to receive more email from someone or organization, etc, you can do by block the sender, To block sender in Gmail : 1. Open the email that you want to block 2. Click more menu (small inverted triangle/ see the picture). 3. Select   Block "Sender". Next time you will not receive the emails from that sender (block sender).

Google has facility to view the recent activities, where each user will be able to see his/her recent activities (log in/sign in) in the last few months, when and where. With this facility, you (Google user) can immediately take action, for example to change password immediately if the data is not in accordance with your activity, time or location. • Log in with  your Google account • Open the following address :     https://security.google.com/settings/security/activity

PST (Personal Storage Table) files, or also called Personal Folders File is a file extension used by Microsoft Outlook to store email data  in a local computer, personal folder or archive folder. If you get your pst file in error so you can't open your email inside that personal/archive folder, you can try to repair/fix  that PST file using internal tool  from microsoft outlook , the tool is :   Scanpst.exe .

Email header contains tracking information about the email that received,  sender, recipient, subject, time sending/receiving and detail information of mail servers or IP address used. In Gmail if you want to know the header or detail information about the email that you received : •  Login to your Gmail •  Open the email that you want to see in detail mode •  Click More (small arrow icon, see the figure no.1)

There are more benefits when we open the email (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc..) using an email Client Software  such as Microsoft Outlook. Accessing will be faster because we do not need to open the browser to login, opening the mail with no ads and no popup. Using email client software we also still be able to open the email archives without having to connect to the internet. In this post I will tell  you how to set  Yahoo mail using Ms Outlook (2007), so that we can receive and send yahoo email  using Microsoft outlook. (For Ms. Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2010 on the principle is the same, only different in appearance only) Below the steps : • Login to your Yahoo Mail (to activate the POP facility) • Go to Menu Options  • Select / click on   Mail Options • Select the OPTIONS Tab

Same as with others e-mail service, Yahoo mail  also have facility  for answering or auto reply when there is an incoming email, useful when we're on leave, vacation or other reasons. Many terms for this function: Autoresponse, Out of office assistant, Autoreply, etc. In Yahoo the name is  Vacation Response . To activate Yahoo Vacation Response  : • Login to your Yahoo email • Go to Options menu • Select Mail Options

If you are in vacation or just want to be free from email activity, or for other reasons, in Gmail when someone, your friends, or your contacts send you an email, automatically  you can reply and  tell  them that you are in vacation or you are out of office, using auto reply or auto responder immediately sent after they send you  the mail. To set auto reply in Gmail • Log in to your Gmail • Go to Settings  Menu, at the right of the Gmail window.

Gmail provides POP (Post Office Protocol) so that we can use a local mail client software to be able to receive and send e-mail without having to open the browser to open Gmail. Benefit more by using email client software to open the email is access will be faster, and we can open the email without having to always be online because the mail will be downloaded to our computer. If you have more than one Gmail account ,  to open the mail  usually will log off from one gmail, then log in to another.
