Quick Access to Taskbar In Windows 7 Windows 8

To move or toggle quickly from one application to another  in Windows is by using the Alt + Tab. Before you can do this, you need to open the program/application first (the application must be already opened).

But if you put the application in the taskbar, you will be able to toggle the application using keyboard shortcut, even if the application still not be opened. Use shortcut Windows key + number (0-9). The number means : applications that are in the order of the taskbar viewed from left. See the figure.

If you already have your applications in taskbar,  when you're in any application and want to switch to Ms Excel for example, press the Windows key + 4. (Excel in example above is number 4 ).
press Windows key + 5 if you want to toggle to Google Chrome..etc
